Digital Access & Certificate Delivery
RED is a fully digital learning platform. All course materials, assessments, certificates, and downloadable resources are delivered electronically only. We do not ship physical products unless explicitly announced for future offerings.
RED – The AI Learning Assistant delivers everything digitally: course access, lesson content, assessments, certificates (PDF only), and resource downloads. No physical dispatch or shipment is involved.
Once a user successfully purchases a course, activates their account, or enrolls in a free course you will receive:
- Course access or download links
- Assessment instructions (if applicable)
- Digital certificates (PDF format only)
- Any additional resources associated with your course
Delivery Channels:
- Your registered email address
- Your RED account dashboard (Courses / Certificates)
- WhatsApp (for assessments or certificate updates, if applicable)
Delivery Timeline:
- Instant to 1 hour for automated access
- Up to 24 hours for manual verification or assessment delivery
- Certificate issuance: 3–7 working days post-assessment review
All certificates issued by RED are delivered exclusively in digital PDF format. No hard-copy certificates will be shipped. Users may print their PDF for personal use — any tampering or modification is strictly prohibited.
RED may offer open-source or publicly available learning materials originally found on Google, Telegram public channels, educational forums, or open repositories — provided solely for educational convenience.
- Original copyright and ownership remain with the creators.
- RED and its founders do not claim ownership over third-party content.
- Users must verify legitimacy and permitted use independently.
- RED is not responsible for complaints, takedowns, or legal claims from original owners.
By enrolling in any course or accessing downloadable materials you agree:
- All content is for personal learning only.
- Do not share, repost, sell, or distribute course content.
- Do not claim ownership or re-upload RED resources.
Violation Penalties (severity-based at RED’s discretion):
- Immediate account suspension or permanent ban
- Legal action in serious cases
- Platform penalty up to ₹50,000 for piracy/redistribution/misuse
If you do not receive your access link, course materials, or digital certificate within the expected timeframe, contact us immediately. We aim to resolve delivery issues within 24–48 business hours.

- Course access is typically lifetime unless stated otherwise.
- Assessment, download, and certificate links may be time-limited for security.
- RED may revoke access for policy violations, fraud, or misuse.
RED reserves the right to update, modify, or remove course content; change delivery timelines; add/remove features; change assessment formats; and update this Shipping & Delivery Policy at any time. Major updates will be communicated via email or platform notifications.
RED will not deliver course materials or certificates if the account is fake/suspicious, payment is fraudulent or disputed, Terms are violated, or certification assessments are plagiarized / AI-generated without permission. Identity verification may be requested before delivery.
