Digital Learning • Fair Refunds
RED provides digital learning services (courses, downloads, assessments, certificates). Because delivery is electronic and immediate, refunds are limited and subject to strict conditions to prevent misuse or piracy.
This policy explains when you may be eligible for a refund and how cancellations are handled.
- The ₹9 trial gives full access for 7 days and sets up autopay. If not cancelled, ₹199 is charged on day 7 and then every month.
- Cancel anytime from Account → Plan. Cancelling stops all future charges immediately; you keep access until the end of the trial or the month already paid for.
- The ₹9 trial charge and monthly charges already processed are non‑refundable, except as described below.
- Charged after cancelling? If a renewal was charged even though you cancelled before the renewal date, email us within 7 days and we will refund it in full.
- Platform error: if you were charged but could not access RED due to a verified technical error on our side, we will restore access or refund the affected charge within 7 working days after investigation.
RED no longer sells courses individually — all courses are included in RED Plus. Purchases made before this change remain covered by the policy in effect at the time of purchase.
Refund is not applicable for free courses or courses containing publicly available/open‑source content or convenience‑curated bundles. Users are responsible for verifying permitted use; RED is not responsible for actions of original creators.
Non‑refundable if assessment issued, paper accessed, submission made, failure occurred, or certificate issued. Refunds may be considered only if payment succeeded but assessment paper was not delivered within the promised time and RED validates the issue.
Email vectora.help@gmail.com with subject “Refund Request – [Course Name]”. Include: Full Name, Registration ID, Enrollment Number, payment receipt, course name, reason.
- Verification: 3–7 business days
- Refund reflection: 7–14 business days to original payment method (bank/provider dependent)
- Third‑party transaction fees may be non‑refundable; processing fees may be deducted
- Policy abuse or suspicious behavior
- More than 20% content consumed
- Course materials downloaded (PPTs, ZIPs, PDFs, videos, cheatsheets)
- Certificate already issued
- Assessment paper accessed or downloaded
- Violation of Terms or Acceptable Use
- Misuse, piracy, or sharing of content
- Fraudulent payments or chargebacks
RED reserves the right to refuse refunds in cases of misuse.
- Duplicate charges: email receipts to vectora.help@gmail.com; verified duplicates refunded within 7–14 business days.
- Failed payment but deduction: bank usually refunds automatically within 3–7 business days; delays may be due to banks/gateways.
Renewal reminders are sent by the payment provider before each autopay debit as required by RBI rules. If the monthly price changes, existing subscribers will be notified in advance and can cancel before the new price applies.
Refunds are not provided if a user is found distributing content, sharing certificates, downloading materials illegally, violating cybersecurity law, misusing ethical hacking knowledge, creating fraudulent accounts, or raising fake refund requests.
RED may suspend/terminate accounts, revoke certificates, impose platform penalties up to ₹50,000, and report serious cases to cybercrime authorities.
RED may update or modify refund rules (activation fees, course fees, windows, eligibility, access rules) at any time. Major changes are communicated via email or platform notifications. Continued use implies acceptance.
